The UAGC held its annual fall convention on Saturday, October 17 at the D.L. Evans Bank Event Center in Brigham City. Thirty garden club members were in attendance, representing nine out of our 11 member clubs. The theme was “Benefits of Belonging,” and the meeting was conducted by president Sue McJames. Each of the clubs present gave a description of its focus and activities, and the video “50 Shades of Green” by former National Garden Club president Brenda Moore was presented. The meeting concluded with a delicious lunch and a raffle for the decorated pumpkin centerpieces.
