Park City Garden Club visits organic farm

On Tuesday, August 2, the Park City Garden Club enjoyed a tour of the Woodenshoe Ranch, a new farming operation that will focus on growing medicinal herbs and organic vegetables. The sights included a newly planted orchard and berry patch, a hoop house for tender crops, and a tropical dome where hairy vetch and ginger have been planted. The evening concluded with a delicious al fresco potluck dinner.
